If any one fighter says Punch-Out!! more than any other, its Bald Bull. He is one of the two boxers (Mr Sandman being the other) that have been in every Punch-Out!! game except for Super Punch-Out!! (arcade). His special move is unique and is probably why he is remembered so much.
Boxing Tips
Your skills in dodging, counter punching will definately be tested here. When he goes back for the Bull Charge be ready on the third bounce to punch. Its a good idea to take him out doing this, because otherwise you will probably run out of time trying to fight him normally.
